To start the fraud claims process on the Scotia app:

1. Select your Visa credit card account
2. Scroll to your transactions and find the one you want to investigate
3. Select the transaction and scroll to the bottom of the transaction details page
4. Select Dispute this transaction

Please ensure you:

• Review transaction details: Check if you recognize this purchase, the amount, and the merchant. If possible, have transaction details like dates or receipts available
• Review other cardholder use: Confirm if this purchase was made by you, another cardholder, or person authorized to use your card
